How it works
Renting the speaker, in three steps
No hidden rules, no fine print. Here is how the rental goes — from the first click to getting your deposit back.
From booking to deposit back
Book your dates
Pick your pickup and return days in the calendar and send a request — it takes a minute and costs nothing.
You get a confirmation as soon as possible. Only then are the dates really yours.
Pick up the speaker
We meet in person — pickup: Ljubljana, by arrangement (08:00–21:00). You show a government ID at pickup — it is never photographed or copied; only your name, address and the document type and number go into the handover record (and are deleted after return and settlement).
You bring a 100 € deposit in cash. The speaker weighs 25.5 kg, but it has wheels and a telescopic handle — you roll it right into a normal car trunk, and the included protective transport bag keeps it safe on the drive.
Party & return
A full battery lasts up to 15 hours at moderate volume — enough for the whole night and then some. Controls are simple: switch it on, connect your phone, and the music plays. You also get 2 JBL EasySing wireless mics, and they’re plug & play — pop the included USB-C receiver into the speaker and the mics just work.
You return the speaker on the last rental day, or the next morning if we agree on that in advance. If the gear comes back undamaged, you get the full deposit back on the spot.
What you get with it
- The JBL PartyBox 520 speaker
- A fully charged swappable JBL Battery 600
- The power cable
- A protective transport bag
- 2 JBL EasySing wireless mics
- The USB-C receiver (dongle) for the mics
Bring it all back — and the deposit is yours again.
Good to know
If it rains
The speaker is IPX4 — it handles splashes, not rain. Outdoors it needs to be under a roof or a canopy.
Volume & neighbours
400 W carries far. Late in the evening, turn it down a notch or close the windows — keep the party fun for the neighbours too.
Mic & guitar
On top of the included wireless mics, the speaker has two XLR/6.3 mm combo inputs for a wired microphone, a guitar, or both at once — karaoke and live music, sorted.
